Delete my Velp account

You can delete your account at any time. Here is what happens, and how to undo it.

How to do it

  1. In the app: Profile › Settings › Delete my account.
  2. Or here: sign in, check what will be cancelled, then confirm with your password or a code sent by email.
  3. Can't access your account? Email hello@velp.app from your account's address.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, photo, phone number and addresses.
  • Your pets, their health books, photos and documents.
  • Your lost & found reports, VelpAI chats, notifications, reminders, points and favourites.
  • Your upcoming bookings and transports are cancelled right away, and the professionals are told.

What is kept, anonymised

  • Professionals' service history and invoices (accounting obligations).
  • Messages the other person keeps, and your reviews, without name or photo.
  • Reports made for the community's safety.

30 days to change your mind

Your account closes right away and is erased after 30 days. Until then, sign in again or use the "Restore" tab to get it back with your pets. Cancelled bookings are not restored.
